How I work?
It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or an experienced runner.
Initial survey
Initial questionnaire to know the routines in the person’s daily life, so that all training can be adjusted according to their current situation, free time and availability.
In addition, we will evaluate the previous years of experience (if you have it) and we will prepare the training plan according to your needs, capabilities and weak points to improve.
Athlete evaluation
Analysis of the athlete using WKO5 and TrainingPeaks and based on their previous activities.
It depends on each particular case, we will analyze data from the last 90 days to the last 180 or even more, to know exactly where we come from and where we want to go.
Goals
We will set objectives, we will analyze them through WKO5, Best Bike Split and we will extract all the data to work from day one to achieve them.

Pre-race analysis
Pre-competition analysis using Best Bike Split and WKO5 to adjust the planning, simulate race conditions, train for the demands of the competition and finalize all the details to the maximum.
We can also simulate these competitions in specific training on the roller itself and/or road by downloading the simulation.
Pre-competition strategies and plans
We will analyze the maps, profiles, review common practices and draw up a strategy according to the level of each athlete.
We will estimate the optimal rhythms for the competition and work on different race situations.
Additionally, we will estimate the consumption of carbohydrates during the competition for adequate fueling.
Post-race analysis
Post-competition analysis in which we will review all the details of the race, weaknesses to improve for the next competition, strengths and mistakes made.
This way we will know what we should train for the following objectives.
